Do you really have to be a skinny bride?

Many women tried insanely hard to lose weight for their Big day.
Did you?

I'm a narcissist, of course I did. But I'm also a lazy bum. So I only tried to control my diet and exercise for about 1 month.
I didn't get my desired result obviously.
How much can be done in a month?
I only managed to lose 3kg, from 49kg to 46kg.
I wanted to lose 6kg, to a BMI of  17.2
I'm not beating myself over it.
Because I refuse to let 1 wedding define who I am. I will look pretty everyday. Not just on my big day.

I've seen bride who crash diet, losing 10-20kg over a course of a year.
I say bravo!
How many managed to keep it though?
I wish they did. I don't know how I will feel if my wedding photos are the ONLY time I will every look so good.

To all interested to how I lost 3kg in a month, from BMI 19.6 to 18.4.
No breakfast, I woke up at 11am, had fish soup noodle for lunch and a light dinner(no carbs).
Swim once to twice every week for 4 weeks.
It's pretty easy. In fact, this should be the easiest way to lose weight. No carbs, no crash dieting.

When the gown was first made, I couldn't zip up. My gown designer said she's gonna add another inch but I stopped her. I told her I will lose this and be able to fit in before the actual day.
:)

Don't be too hard on yourself, set an achievable aim.
